Job Description

Supervise overseas receivables / payables team's and assist HOD in resolving routine issues.
Perform reconciliation and proactively follow-up for overdue payments / Receipts from overseas counterparts.
Quick learner to truly understand each overseas counterpart reconciliation mechanism.
Engage operations / pricing team if any discrepancies are highlighted by overseas counterparts.

Skills & Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS

Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Proficient in MS. Office Excel – Mandatory.
Presentation Skills
Good Communication Skills
Ability to meet deadlines.
