Job Description

• Coordinate and execute import activities, including quotations, booking arrangements, documentation, pre-alerts, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with overseas partners and freight forwarders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or complaints promptly, keeping customers updated.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Have a solid understanding of shipment Incoterms.
• Take full responsibility and ownership of customer shipments and related issues from start to finish.
• Work independently while assisting the team in achieving goals and maintaining standards—share knowledge and best practices.

Skills & Experience

At-least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
