Job Description

• Secured shipments, arrange Space, Equipment, Draft BLs and update to customer.
• Follow up for final pre-alert along with Debit/Credit note.
• Put the quotation in respective job for invoicing.
• Maintain daily ROI sheet.
• Update to customer timely for all activity related to respective shipments.
• Receiving and response all the Import FCL Query from Sales person, Customers.
• Negotiating price with registered overseas agents / consignee.
• Quoting the best possible rates to respective Customer / Sale Person.
• Need to arrange space (S/O) for all secured shipments.
