Job Description

• Prepare invoices for Console/Co-load shipments, including both free-hand and nominated shipments for clients and agents.
• Review and generate carrier invoices with accuracy.
• Calculate and issue survey charges for containers.
• Manage collection and processing of refunds for customers and agents.
• Issue Debit and Credit Notes to agents as required.
• Ensure accurate updates and corrections of vessel sailing dates, freight terms, and voyage numbers in the Climax system.

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Export LCL documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
